What to send

• ✓The exact page URL and quoted statement
• ✓Why you believe it is incorrect or misleading
• ✓A reliable source or clear reproduction steps
• ✓Controller model and firmware if relevant
• ✓Operating system, browser version, and connection method
• ✓Whether the issue repeats after reconnecting or in another environment

How we evaluate reports

A JSAN Media editor reviews the cited page, reproduces technical behavior when practical, checks authoritative documentation, and considers whether the claim was scoped correctly. Different results caused by browser, operating-system, mapping, firmware, or connection differences may require clearer qualification rather than a single universal answer.

How corrections appear

Minor spelling, punctuation, or formatting fixes may be made without a notice. A change that materially alters a diagnosis, safety statement, compatibility claim, measurement explanation, privacy disclosure, or commercial relationship receives an updated date and an explanatory note when useful to readers. The content system preserves internal revision records for editorial accountability. We do not silently preserve a known factual error for traffic or advertising reasons.

Response and privacy

We aim to acknowledge a clear correction report and investigate it in proportion to its impact, but we do not promise a fixed response or publication time. Contact details and device information submitted with a report are handled under the privacy policy. Do not include account passwords, API keys, payment information, or controller serial numbers.

Requests we may decline

We may decline unsupported demands, attempts to remove accurate criticism, trademark requests that would prevent necessary product identification, or claims that cannot be reproduced and conflict with reliable evidence. We will still review whether the wording should better describe uncertainty.
